Short series here. 42 cases documented thus far. No scleral show. No ectropion. Age range: 16-79. A few case series, case reports, and prospective analyses have suggested that the subciliary incision should be avoided due to an unacceptable risk of ectropion. This should be revisited with the specific technique in focus as well as the outcome.
